Our products

We endeavour to depict our products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in colour or packaging may occur between batches. These variations will not impact on the product’s optical or astronomical performance in any way other than ‘cosmetically.’
Specialist manufacturers who also supply other major astronomy brands such as eg Meade and Celestron supply our branded astronomical accessories. As a consequence, some of these accessories will be unbranded, or may have the name of the original manufacturer on the outer packaging. Please note that this DOES NOT mean that the product is in any way second class, a reject, a QC failure or anything of the kind — all our goods are FIRST CLASS top-quality astronomical accessories from leading suppliers.
Accessories supplied with telescopes may occasionally differ from those listed, usually due to our supplier changing the specification, or Pulsar upgrading some of the items.

Please note that all prices are in British pound sterling; all transactions must be made in this currency.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, personal cheques, postal orders, banker’s drafts/money orders and payment via our website. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Pulsar (Optical). Cheques and bankers’ drafts/money orders must be made out in British pound sterling, and credit and debit cards will be charged in this currency.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact telephone number — incorrect details may lead to a significant delay in dispatch.
Whilst every effort will be made to maintain the prices indicated, it may not always be possible, therefore we reserve the right to discontinue any items from this list and change prices when necessary.
For orders to countries outside the UK, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties or other export charges incurred.

Items will be dispatched once payment has cleared — credit/debit card and online payments for orders will clear immediately whereas cheques and money orders will take in the order of five (5) working days to clear. Please allow 10 days for delivery.
All items are usually stock and ready to dispatch at the time of posting on our website.
Small items are usually sent Royal Mail, larger items will be sent using by one of our insured couriers.
In the event of non-delivery, contact your local post office or depot in the first instance, as they may have tried to deliver at a time when no one was available to sign for the parcel.
Please allow up to ten (10) working days for delivery. In case of non-delivery, please contact us to obtain the postage reference number.

Although we take great care in packing all items, from time to time mistakes will be made and we apologise in advance for any packing errors! Should this happen, we will endeavour to replace the item as soon as possible, and ask you to return the item sent in error to us.
For items damaged in transit or faulty upon delivery, we will endeavour to replace the item as soon as possible, and ask you to return the faulty/damaged item to us.
We will refund in full (less postage costs) any item returned within seven (7) days of dispatch complete with all parts and packaging and in new condition. Any used and/or damaged goods will be refunded at our discretion. When returning an item, please ensure that the item is packaged in a way to protect it from damage during shipping.
When returning faulty items or items damaged in transit, please contact us before sending the item.
Please note that postage costs are only refundable at our discretion.

You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
