This simple rectangular plate is designed to allow you to use the Counterbalance Weight Set when fitting a camera, or other heavy accessory, to the rear camera port of the ETX telescope. The plate is fastened with thumbscrews to the rear mounting holes of the ETX, and the weights can be attached to the front of the accessory plate providing the counterbalance effect.
